Very changeable weather today. One minute it was pouring and the next the sun was blasting down. These 2 photos were taken 4 minutes apart. The wind was blowing the rain sideways in the first. Four minutes later, the sun is beaming out of the clouds.

First Sounders game in person in over 14 months. Was great to be at a game again, but we missed our regular seats. Weird to sit in another area of the stadium and at a much higher level. Looking forward to being back in our regular seats.

Day started out on the beach in Langley. Then on to breakfast at the Muk and later a walk to Meerkerk Gardens to see the rhododendrons in bloom. And then back to the house and a discussion with my realtor to put the condo under contract to sell. The sale process has begun!
