04.29.22 Lewis & Clark National Historic Park - Fort Clatsop

This is where Lewis and Clark over-wintered on their journey west before heading back east in the spring. they built the fort in a few weeks and then enjoyed a thoroughly unpleasant winter. They only saw 5 or 6 days with sunshine.
